This website does not automatically access private app data unless such data is actively submitted through website functions.
Course search in the app
Since version 1.5 the app can load the list of published golf courses and individual course files from this website. This only happens when you open "Search Online" in the app or load a course, never in the background. The app transmits no golf data, no identifier and no account in the process. The search runs on your device, and your search text is not sent. As with any request, technical access data arises on the server: IP address, date and time, the requested file, and the name and version of the app and operating system. It is handled like the other server logs.
Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed only where necessary to operate the website, provide user accounts, enable uploads and downloads, answer support requests, maintain the security and stability of the service, and prevent misuse.
